The nearest airports are the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and the San Antonio International Airport (SAT). AUS is 32 miles from Lucky Arrow Retreat and SAT is 66 miles from Lucky Arrow Retreat. While Uber and Lyft are readily available from both airports for transportation to Dripping Springs, we recommend a rental car given there are limited Ubers and Lyfts in Dripping Springs, so returning Sunday may be challenging without a vehicle. A vehicle will also give you the flexibility to explore the area and go into Dripping Springs for meals on Saturday prior to the wedding.

No, Ubers/Lyfts are not readily accessible in Dripping Springs. We recommend that you stay at Lucky Arrow Retreat for the most convenient experience. For those staying off property, we will provide shuttle transportation to and from the Courtyard Marriott and Holiday Inn to Lucky Arrow for the wedding day. For guests not staying nearby, we recommend either renting a car or securing your own private transportation.

Our wedding is by RSVP only. If you have been given a plus one or your children have been invited you will see that information on your invitation as well as when you RSVP. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Yes, you can attend the welcome party, wedding, and farewell breakfast regardless of where you stay.

During the ceremony, please turn off your phones and cameras. We will have a professional photographer capturing the event and are happy to share photos with everyone after the wedding.

For the welcome party on Friday, feel free to dress your Texas best with jeans, boots, and whatever suits your fancy!

A jacket and tie in whatever colors and shades you like, and everything from cocktail dresses to full-length gowns are fine. Don’t overthink it!

The ceremony and dinner will be outdoors and the ground includes uneven terrain and gravel. We recommend avoiding thin, pointed heels and suggest flats or block heels instead. Also, we expect the weather to be cool and comfortable, but please check the forecast in advance and plan accordingly.

No RSVP needed! This is a casual grab-and-go breakfast to give everyone an opportunity to come say their goodbyes and grab a bite before heading home. Come stop by for an hour or for 10 minutes, whatever you can spare. We'll be in the beer garden, which is the same location as the Friday welcome party.

The shuttle will only pick up and drop off at the Courtyard and Holiday Inn Express (see Lodging tab for pickup times), but if you're staying nearby one of those hotels and would prefer to walk over to get picked up with the hotel guests, that's completely fine. The shuttle will have plenty of space for everyone.
